the Conscious Workplace?

We recently commissioned research to understand the views of employees and managers across the country in the current climate. The survey across 1,300 people gave rise to our Conscious Workplace Report. It highlighted concerns around productivity and process, as well as indicating several divides in attitudes between managers and employees.

Existing technology should be reviewed to ensure it suits all the needs of your workforce and their workstyles; it should underpin and enable the organisational culture.

There should be an on-going review of the work processes; they are the foundation of delivering a high level customer experience and employee productivity and the organisations security, GDPR and bottom line.
Striking a true balance between technologies, processes and the workspace is what will lead to happy and productive people and a thriving business.
