The challenge: An office relocation project developed into an overall assessment of how the company and employees work and how their environment could help them become more efficient and productive.
The result: Space and resources allocated in the right proportions to allow staff to concentrate, contemplate, collaborate and communicate in line with their role and management responsibilities. Greater collaboration and communication improves team-work, access to information and consequently faster and better decision-making.

The challenge: Greater adoption of digital technology and smarter working. There were issues around space being used inefficiently. Meeting rooms were booked then not used, or two people would be in a 20-person room, while larger groups packed into a smaller rooms.
The result: Consultancy with Ricoh has acted as a key enabler to digital transformation. We have helped increase staff productivity, removed wasteful, mundane jobs and made workplace processes more efficient, increasing resource utilisation. The transition reduces printers by over 60% without impacting quality of service and there’s a scalable, adaptable platform for increasing digital delivery.
The challenge: To take the previously out-dated ‘small-office environment’ where communication was limited and transition to modernise the IT, make it work better for a mobile workforce and create a distributed business network.
The result: Agrovista has utilised Ricoh change management consultancy and training as well as several solutions: IT Infrastructure, mobile technology, interactive whiteboards, MFPs and Managed Document Services. This completely changed the environment at head office in terms of collaboration between team members and gave people the confidence and authority to do things themselves.
The challenge: Totalling to 23,000 sq ft over three floors, NTT Data wanted to introduce agile working conditions for 300 staff whilst retaining a cutting-edge collaborative working environment. Our partner, Artemis were engaged at the outline design stage to provide buildability advice and solution guidance.
The result: The creation of a bespoke CAT B operational space for their technology and innovation teams; the formation of new cellular offices; 1 to 1 break out spaces; fully functional meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, primary and secondary comms rooms plus social and communal spaces. The upper floor included client facing areas, a reception, client bar, flexible meeting space and an innovation centre.
The challenge: To create and deliver cellular office space, reception area, refreshment bar, tech bar, meeting rooms, various tea points, a room booking system, and flexible working booths over 3 floors, totalling 35,000 sq ft.
The result: Our specialist partner, Artemis ran a successful project delivered on time and on budget. Some of the specialist design details included 5 TopBrewer Scanomat smart-tech coffee machines controlled through an iPad or iPhone. A cloakroom and feature wall with full height wardrobes constructed with doors on soft close hinges. A bespoke design was made to the social hub highlighting a designer black slatted ceiling system and acoustic ceiling slots.
