Order History

Visibility is vital to allow a business to stay in control. The Ricoh eShop gives you complete transparency within your order history, enabling you to easily identify past and current orders across your entire business. Each order holds a live order status, live tracking ability and POD attachments.

You can also use your order history to swiftly ‘re-order’ your most recurrent products, time and time again.

Favourites

To further speed up your purchase process, add products to your personal favourites, making for a faster and more efficient checkout. Each user can build a unique product list tailored to your business requirements.

Approvals

For supplementary control, users of The Ricoh eShop can be set with variable buying rights (as shown in the table).

Users can be limited to ‘view only’, removing all buying rights. Whilst other ‘Buyers’ can be assigned spending thresholds to control maverick spending. Using email alerts, ‘Approvers’ can dictate if an order surpassing a threshold is approved or rejected, meaning quick decisions can be made at granular order level. The ‘Customer Admin’ has complete authority to manage all user roles and spending authority.

NB. All users are initially set as a ‘Buyer’ unless otherwise specified upon set up.
