Ricoh UK offers all employees two days special leave that they can take to support our corporate charitable partnerships. This can be with the Prince’s Trust, our flagship charity partner, or another charity that is local to them that they are passionate about. Employees have access to a calendar with an average of eight events each month (both virtual and in person) that they can register to volunteer for.

We would love to hear from you if you also provide your colleagues with a similar benefit and would like to work with us on a collaborative event. This could be with your key corporate charity partnership or a community project that your employees are supporting.

We don't want to stop people printing. We simply think that sometimes all of us need reminding that wasting paper, ink and toner doesn't make economic or environmental sense.
