Our industry has been innovating and discussing its progress and opportunities for many years. But the pandemic provided a catalytic moment to bring the reality to life for almost all British businesses.
The impact of this has been varied, many businesses – particularly those who had existing remote and flexible working policies – have thrived in this new environment. But many have not and are still coming to grips with how to adapt business culture and space to meet new expectations from employees.
