Digital Services Maturity Optimiser involves the collection of qualitative and quantitative data from your organisation, technology, workspaces and more importantly your employees. This process is carried out remotely utilising Microsoft’s suite of products including Microsoft Forms and Power BI. This enables a wider truer understanding of your employees.

Starting with understanding your organisation key business goals and challenges. Ricoh learn as much as possible about the services you provide currently. This way we can ensure the outcome of the Digital Services Maturity Optimiser helps you reach your business goals.

All work undertaken is carried out anonymously, with no personal or sensitive information about your employees gathered.

A simple Digital Questionnaire is sent to all employees, highlighting key areas such as How I Work, including office and home. My Workspace, what equipment I use, Accessibility, How I communicate, Access Documentation Upon completion Ricoh analyse the data using Power BI identifying key metrics, patterns and areas for further investigation identified.

For the Digital Services Maturity Optimiser, Ricoh discuss and agree a communications plan, with different layers including senior stakeholders, line managers and employees.

Additional workshops can be added to the digital survey conducted with selected groups, which allows users to express themselves in a comfortable setting. These workshops explore individuals' working processes, discussing how they use the existing technology, what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t. Taking this approach enables us to gain a deep understanding of the requirements and needs of users.

One-to-one interview sessions can also be implemented to help us to understand and validate how users work with technology and applications as well as interact with other users within the organisation.
