Customer Experience Centre (CEC)

A jewel in Ricoh’s Graphic Communications crown that brings together a wide spectrum of related activities.

The CEC is the perfect place for a detailed demonstration and proof of concept session covering business and workflow automation. Ricoh’s entire fleet of production printing systems is integrated into the CEC within the print manufacturing facility known as the Smart Factory.

We also have the European Media Qualification testing Centre here, which covers Ricoh sheet fed and continuous feed production printing presses as well as our large format inkjet systems.

The CEC can provide you with custom print samples based on what you want to do and achieve using your own artwork and media choices. It also inspires with print applications and technology uses that can point the way to new services and business-building opportunities.

As the Customer Experience Centre is our European centre of excellence for production printing, the specialists here co-ordinate with the specialist teams in Japan and Boulder, USA, to make a major contribution to R&D in print.
